8. Termination: SJM reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason, without liability, by providing written notice to the contributor.

9. Acknowledgment of Guidelines: The contributor acknowledges receipt and understanding of SJM's content guidelines and agrees to abide by them in all submitted content.

10. Compensation: If applicable, specify any compensation arrangement for the contributed content, whether it be monetary, exposure, or other forms of compensation.

11. Conflict of Interest: The contributor agrees to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including but not limited to financial interests, affiliations, or relationships that may influence the content submitted.
