St. Johns Moms Women in Business and Social Membership Agreement

Introduction: By purchasing a Women in Business or Social Membership ("Membership") from St. Johns Moms, LLC , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Membership Agreement ("Agreement").

Modifications to This Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice to you. All modifications are effective immediately upon being posted on the Company's website and supersede any prior versions of this Agreement.

Membership Benefits: As a Member, you will receive access to an array of benefits, including but not limited to exclusive content, networking events, and professional opportunities. The Company retains the right to modify or terminate any Membership benefits at its discretion without prior notice.

Membership Fees: The fees for Membership are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless otherwise canceled by member via member account, Membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle—either monthly or annually—based on the option selected during purchase.

Termination of Membership: To cancel your Membership, you must cancel your plan via member account. Your Membership benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle following receipt of your cancellation notice.

Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided as part of the Membership are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of any such content or materials is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

Non-Solicitation and Imitation:
The solicitation of members for participation in any business, organization, or community that mirrors or closely resembles the structure, benefits, or offerings of St. Johns Moms is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to replicate, imitate, or solicit from the Company’s membership base for personal or competitive business interests are grounds for immediate termination of Membership.

No Refund or Transfer Policy:
All Membership fees are final. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in benefits, modifications to the Membership, or voluntary cancellation by the member. Memberships are also non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or entity.

Release of Liability: By participating in any of the Company’s events or utilizing Membership benefits, you agree to release the Company, its officers, employees, and representatives from any and all liability related to your participation.

Code of Conduct

As a valued member of St. Johns Moms, LLC, we expect all members to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, kindness, and integrity in all interactions. To foster a positive and inclusive environment, we ask that all members adhere to the following principles:

  1. Respectful Communication:

    • Engage in conversations with respect and consideration for others’ perspectives, whether online or in-person.

    • Personal attacks, derogatory language, or discriminatory remarks of any kind will not be tolerated.

  2. Inclusivity:

    • St. Johns Moms, LLC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community. All members are expected to embrace differences, including but not limited to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and background.

    • Discrimination, bullying, or exclusionary behavior will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential removal from Membership.

  3. Constructive Networking:

    • This community thrives on collaboration. Networking should be positive, solution-oriented, and mutually beneficial.

    • Excessive self-promotion, unsolicited business pitches, or spamming members for services will not be allowed.

  4. Confidentiality:

    • Any personal information shared by members in confidence (whether through discussions, forums, or events) must remain confidential. Do not share or disclose another member’s private information without their explicit consent.

  5. Event Etiquette:

    • At events, whether virtual or in-person, be punctual, present, and prepared to engage. Disruptive behavior, rudeness, or failure to adhere to event guidelines will result in a warning and, if necessary, removal from the event.

  6. Problem Resolution:

    • If conflicts or issues arise, they should be handled with maturity and respect. Members are encouraged to resolve disagreements privately, but in the case of serious matters, they can be brought to the attention of St. Johns Moms, LLC leadership for mediation.

  7. Supportive Environment:

    • This community is built on empowering one another. Members should strive to offer guidance, share resources, and celebrate each other’s successes.

  8. Zero Tolerance for Harassment:

    • Any form of harassment, whether physical, verbal, or emotional, will not be tolerated. This includes unwanted advances, inappropriate remarks, or any other behavior that makes another member uncomfortable.

  9. Use of Social Media and Online Platforms:

    • All interactions on our social media platforms or forums should align with the values of respect and inclusivity. Negative or defamatory comments, trolling, or attempts to incite drama will be grounds for removal from the community.

  10. Compliance with Laws:

    • Members are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while participating in any activities or events organized by St. Johns Moms, LLC.

Acknowledgment: Your continued use of or participation in the Membership constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to abide by all terms laid out in this Agreement.
